All original functions are retained. Your steering wheel controls for audio, phone and cruise control remain operational. You can either transfer your original buttons to the new steering wheel or choose new OEM buttons supplied with your order. The choice is yours.

You retain your original airbag. This is the standard setup, and the complete module transfers to the new steering wheel.

Through the configurator, we offer the decorative airbag cover only, never the mechanism. This is the only option available for legal and safety reasons. Fitting the cover takes only a few minutes and requires no specialist tools.

For a retrofit, if the vehicle was not originally equipped with a steering-wheel airbag, the compatible airbag must be ordered directly from the manufacturer.

Yes, in Belgium, as a €150 option. No shipping fee is charged, as the steering wheel is handed to you directly during installation.

Everywhere else, your order includes a step-by-step installation guide tailored to your steering wheel, and our team remains available remotely at every stage.

You can customise the materials, rim shape, stitching, inserts, steering wheel structure, 12 o'clock marker, additional buttons and many other details, depending on the model. A decorative airbag cover is also available as an option.

Every choice is made in the configurator, with a photorealistic preview and a price that updates as you build.

Yes. The configurator displays a photorealistic preview of your steering wheel, updated with every material, stitching and finish selection.

Two lead times apply: production, followed by delivery.

Production, depending on the material:

• Leather or Alcantara: approximately 4 weeks
• Carbon or forged carbon: 4 to 6 weeks

Once your steering wheel is complete, it is packed and dispatched within 48 business hours. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delivery, depending on the selected service:

• Standard, free in Belgium and the European Union: 3 to 5 business days
• Priority: 1 to 2 business days, with your order moved ahead of pending Standard orders in the production queue

Ad valorem insurance is included with both services.

You keep your original steering wheel.

We build your steering wheel on a new OEM base, so you can continue using your vehicle throughout production.

Yes, without interruption. Your vehicle remains available throughout production.

Because the steering wheel is built on a new base rather than your own, you keep your original steering wheel until delivery. You can also retain it and reinstall it if you later sell the car.

Free Standard delivery is available in Belgium, throughout the European Union, and to Monaco, Corsica, Andorra, San Marino and Vatican City. Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days.

Priority delivery costs €35 to the same destinations. It includes DHL Express delivery in 1 to 2 business days and priority in the production queue.

Insured delivery is also available outside the European Union, with costs varying by destination.

Yes. Switzerland and Liechtenstein, the United Kingdom, Morocco, the United States and Canada are served by DHL Express.

Costs depend on the destination and are displayed at checkout. Standard and Priority services remain available, and ad valorem insurance is included for every destination.

Quoted delivery times exclude customs clearance, which is handled by the relevant authorities.

Yes, every shipment is covered at no extra cost. Each order includes ad valorem insurance for the steering wheel's full value, covering loss, theft and damage in transit.

With Priority delivery, if an insured incident occurs, a new steering wheel enters production immediately while the carrier completes its investigation.

Materials, stitching and mountings are covered by a 3-year warranty from delivery. Electronic components are covered by a 2-year warranty when installation is completed by Apex Studio or a professional garage and supported by an invoice. Electronics warranty coverage applies to standard installations rather than retrofit work carried out on the vehicle.

For a covered issue, we repair or replace the affected part through a straightforward process.

The work is cosmetic. The supplied buttons are original parts, and the vehicle's mechanical and electronic systems remain unchanged.

Changes: you have approximately 24 hours after ordering to tell us about a change, provided production has not started. Once production begins, the configuration is final.

Cancellation: because your steering wheel is made to your personal specifications, it is exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Article VI.53, 3° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law. Once production begins, the order becomes final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
