What should be checked before changing a steering wheel?
The mounting, airbag and functions on the steering wheel must match the chosen configuration. A personalised, made-to-measure steering wheel starts from a new original-manufacturer base before receiving the selected materials and finishes.
The model, generation code, year and photos of the original steering wheel help identify the right family.
The airbag remains the reference
You retain your original airbag. Its module, connector and mounting points are transferred to the new steering wheel matched to your car. A cosmetic cover may be selected in the configurator while the module remains the vehicle's original component.

Controls and equipment
