01Will the steering wheel be compatible with my vehicle?

Yes. Every steering wheel is designed to match your model precisely.

Before production, we manually check your configuration to ensure perfect compatibility with your vehicle.

02Does the steering wheel retain the original functions?

All your functions are retained. Your steering wheel controls for audio, telephone and cruise control remain operational. You can either transfer your original buttons to the new steering wheel or choose new OEM buttons, which we send with your order. The choice is yours.

03Will the heated steering wheel still work?

Yes. If your original steering wheel is heated or equipped with a lane-departure warning vibration system, these systems are integrated into the new rim during production. Please specify this when ordering.

04Is the airbag included with the steering wheel?

You retain your original airbag. If you order the airbag option through the configurator, you receive the decorative cover only, not the mechanism. For legal and safety reasons, this is the only option we can offer. The cover can be fitted in a few minutes without special tools.

Planning a retrofit? If your original configuration does not include a steering-wheel airbag, the compatible airbag must be ordered directly from your vehicle manufacturer.

05Do I need to send back my original steering wheel?

No.

We build your steering wheel on a new OEM base, allowing you to continue using your vehicle throughout production.

06What warranty is included with my steering wheel?

Materials, stitching and mounting points are covered by a 3-year warranty from delivery. Electronic components are covered for 2 years when installation is carried out by Apex Studio or a professional workshop and supported by an invoice. Electronics are not covered after a retrofit performed on the vehicle.

If a covered issue occurs, we repair or replace the affected part. Contact us and we will find a solution.

Our materials include Alcantara, smooth leather and genuine carbon. Every Alcantara steering wheel is hand-stitched. A made-to-measure carbon steering wheel follows the same process, fibre by fibre, through to the polished finish.
